Dr. Dimitar Kosturkov graduated with honors from the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Sofia in 2014. He works at Uzunov Dental Clinic, and his work is limited to microscope-assisted endodontics and caries treatment.
In 2019 he earned his Doctorate degree after successfully defending his dissertation in the Department of Conservative Dentistry at Faculty of Dental Medicine – Sofia. The same year, he became an assistant professor in the department. In 2020, he obtained a specialization in Operative Dentistry and Endodontics, and since 2021, he has been a chief assistant professor at the Department of Conservative Dentistry, FDM, MU-Sofia.
Dr. Kosturkov is the author of numerous publications in national and international journals and has participated in various scientific projects. His main interests include endodontics, caries treatment, dental photography, and digital dentistry.

Dr. Kosturkov is also a lecturer at Updent Academy and Dentstore Bulgaria, as well as an international endodontic speaker for Kerr Endodontics and Carl Zeiss (endo and resto).
